Systems Support

Systems support resources, including a LONI users' guide, can be found at the LONI Systems help page

The LONI Documentation site contains a large collection of systems, software and account-related articles.

For system related problems or requests, including account questions or hardware and software issues or the LONI Portal, email <sys-help@loni.org> and a ticket will be created in the LONI OTRS ticketing system.

For phone support, call the HPC@LSU Help Desk at: +1 (225) 578-0900 (8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday except University Holidays). If you need to contact individual members of the HPC staff directly, their phone numbers and email addresses can be found in the HPC@LSU Staff Listing.
